On this page you can update your contact details, request a section 184 certificate, submit a strata records search form, and complete either a pet application or renovation application.
All you need to do is select the relevant form, and provide answers for all of the relevant or required questions. Please also ensure that you've attached any relevant documentation for your particular form (if required). Each form has different information requirements, so please make sure to double check your answers before submitting your form.
Once your form has been submitted, one of our team will come back to you within 48 hours to confirm that we have received it. From that point on, we'll notify you if there's any additional information that we require you to complete or submit.
